Ash is the Founder and Commercial Director of Marvel Training. A seasoned business leader with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive project management expertise from residential and commercial building projects to his leadership of Marvel Training.

With deep roots in the local community spanning generations of his extended family, Dan combines his passion for professional development with genuine local knowledge. He has designed and delivered courses across various industries and skill levels, adapting his approach to meet diverse client needs.

Nigel joined Marvel Training in May 2024, bringing a unique blend of international business development experience from the events industry in the Netherlands and the construction sector in the UK, including a stint working for DWP supporting claimants into training and job roles. His role focuses on business growth and promoting Marvel’s diverse course portfolio through strategic marketing and relationship building.
